Monni manages the National Red List and Sampled Red List Index projects in the Indicators and Assessments Unit at the Institute of Zoology, Zoological Society of London. This includes coordinating global assessments across a large number of species groups, particularly invertebrates, analysis into drivers of extinction risk, indicator development, advising on National Red List development and maintaining the National Red List website and database. Monni is an IUCN Red List trainer and has attended a number of workshops on National Red List development.
