Assessment rationale/justification
Two sub-populations reported but otherwise not known to have ever occurred in Uganda and records from Western Uganda and Imatong taken to be a misidentification of C. weynsi. NB Harveys may more properly be considered a sub-species of Natal's, but stil listed seperately by IUCN global redlist.
